voco Brisbane is seeking a Chef de Partie to join its culinary team. The role involves preparing and presenting high-quality dishes across dining outlets, under the guidance of the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs.

You will help maintain standards, contribute to menu development, and mentor junior kitchen staff in a bustling hotel kitchen environment. The position offers access to training and development programs and discounted stays across IHG properties.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Certificate or diploma in culinary arts or relevant field is a plus.
