Job summary

Lancemore Lindenderry Red Hill in Victoria is seeking a Chef de Partie or aspiring junior chef to join Executive Chef Paul Wilson and his team, delivering dishes for the relaunch of The Dining Room in a multi-award-winning setting.

You will work with a talented kitchen team, contributing to high-quality cuisine using local produce while embracing a supportive environment and structured staff benefits within an established boutique hotel group.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery.
• Experience in a restaurant or banquet kitchen.
• Demonstrated understanding of HACCP and food safety.
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster.
• Well presented, punctual and reliable.
• Ability to keep your section clean and organised under pressure.

We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie, or an aspiring junior chef, to join Executive Chef Paul Wilson and his talented team. You will be instrumental in the delivery of food that becomes a story told often by guests of the multi award winning Lindenderry Hotel.

About You:

• Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery
• Relevant experience in a restaurant/banquet kitchen
• Enthusiasm and creative approach to providing high-quality cuisine
• Demonstrated understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required within a rotating roster
• Well presented, punctual and reliable
• Ability to keep your section clean and organised with a good understanding of work flow and structure
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
• A passion for quality food and produce
