Working alongside our Executive Chef, Head Chef and Sous Chefs, you will contribute to delivering high-quality food across our diverse hospitality operations, including Nanya Bistro, Main Bar, functions and events, and Temperance Restaurant.

Qualifikationen

• This role requires previous experience as a Chef de Partie or progression to it from a Commis Chef.
• Ability to confidently manage a kitchen section and maintain standards.
• Demonstrated cooking skills, attention to detail and consistency.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, cook and present dishes to established standards.
• Manage daily preparation and service within your section.
• Maintain food quality, presentation and portion control.
• Collaborate with the wider kitchen team.
• Assist with stock rotation, inventory and waste reduction.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials.
