Lucas Collective Sydney is seeking top chefs to join our premium, a-la-carte restaurant team. This outpost of our Venetian-style concept blends grandeur, a lauded wine program and a wood-fired oven and Josper grill, with an emphasis on exceptional service and high-performance teams.

Qualifications

• Chef experience in a premium a-la-carte restaurant
• Experience with Italian cuisine is advantageous
• Management candidates must have solid understanding of management practices and financial budgets/targets
• Exemplary leadership with focus on staff development
• Demonstrated experience in leading a high-performing team
• Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
• Solid understanding of food safety standards
• Proven ability in building effective relationships
• Organisational and time management skills
• Experience using Deputy (or similar Time & Attendance system), H&L, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent communication and presentation
• Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
• Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
