Ganley Group Hospitality Purveyors Company operates a growing collection of pubs and dining rooms around Melbourne. The Fifth Province in St Kilda is seeking experienced CDPs to join our team and advance their hospitality career under our Head Chef’s direction.

Your main responsibility will be to amaze customers by preparing high quality dishes, following recipes and directions, while contributing ideas to elevate our menu and dining experience.

Formación

• Previous experience as a chef in a similar setting.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills as well as being able to work independently.
• The ability to follow directions and support team goals.
• A passion to craft their skills & embrace learning.

The Fifth Province, our authentic Irish pub in the heart of St Kilda is now seeking experienced, motivated and passionate CDPs looking for a new challenge in their hospitality career.

Your main responsibility will be to amaze our customers preparing and cooking high quality dishes following our Head Chef's recipes and directions.
