A regional hospitality venue is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join their team. The ideal candidate will manage kitchen operations, assist with menu planning, and ensure food quality and safety in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Required qualifications include a Commercial Cookery qualification and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Competitive salary range is $56,000 – $65,000.

Qualifications

• Completion of a relevant Commercial Cookery qualification, including Cert IV and a Diploma of Hospitality, are a minimum requirement.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience is also a requirement for this CDP role.

Location: Regional Victoria location - 100KMS from Melbourne CBD Work Type: Full Time Salary: Salary range from $56,000 to $65,000

A new and exciting opportunity exists to be part of a dynamic team at this venue within 100km from Melbourne.

We are seeking a qualified Chef de partie to work directly with our Head Chef in managing the day to day operations of the kitchen. Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced kitchen. In return, you will be provided with a workplace where you will continue to learn and develop your skills under the guidance of a supportive management team.
