Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional kitchen experience.
• Strong knife skills.
• Experience in Mediterranean/Italian cuisine.
• Ability to handle service pressure and guide junior team members.
• Good communication.

Responsabilités

• Manage a kitchen section including food prep, cooking and plating.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Receive deliveries and manage FIFO storage.
• Monitor stock and assist with ordering.
• Work closely with the team and maintain high service levels.
