Job summary

Trippas White Group is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to work with the Head Chef and a skilled kitchen team at Bar 83 in Sydney Tower. You will be responsible for a designated kitchen section, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires readiness to cover additional duties when the Head Chef is away, including ordering, rostering and day-to-day kitchen operations, with opportunities to develop leadership and menu development

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Ability to manage own section and deliver consistent quality.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and take responsibility for an allocated kitchen section.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes according to recipes and venue standards.
• Complete mise en place efficiently for service.
• Maintain consistent food quality, portion control and presentation.
• Work closely with Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and OH&S.
