Job summary

Lancemore Lindenderry Red Hill is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the acclaimed team led by Executive Chef Paul Wilson. This full-time role offers flexible hours to fit personal time, with the chance to contribute to a relaunch of The Dining Room and help craft memorable dining experiences.

You would be part of a capable kitchen brigade recognised for quality and innovation, working in a multi-award-winning hotel environment on the Mornington Peninsula.

Qualifications

• CDP experience with Commercial Cookery qualifications.
• Experience in a restaurant/ banquet kitchen or hotel setting.
• Demonstrated passion for high-quality cuisine and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering high-quality food under the Executive Chef.
• Support the dining room relaunch with new concepts and menus.

We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie, to join Executive Chef Paul Wilson and his talented team. You will be instrumental in the delivery of food that becomes a story told often by guests of the multi award winning Lindenderry Hotel.

About You:

• Extensive experience working as a CDP with relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery
• Relevant experience in a restaurant/banquet kitchen or in a hotel setting
• Enthusiasm and creative approach to providing high-quality cuisine and excellent presentation skills
• Ability to lead a team and support the Executive Chef in his absence
• Demonstrated understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required within a rotating roster
• Well presented, punctual and reliable who takes pride in their work
• Ability to keep your section clean in the Kitchen and is highly organised with a good understanding of workflow and structure
• Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
• A passion for quality food and produce
