The Fresh Collective is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the Art Gallery of NSW team in Sydney. This full-time role supports a busy, professional hospitality group operating at iconic venues, including the Art Gallery of NSW.

Expect a Monday–Sunday roster with daytime shifts and the chance to contribute to gallery-inspired menus. You will work closely with the Head Chef to uphold top standards in food production, presentation and cleanliness while engaging in menu changes from gallery

Formación

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience.
• Strong grilling and service skills highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Genuine passion for cooking and willingness to learn new skills.

Responsabilidades

• Work with Head Chef to ensure efficient food production and quality control.
• Maintain high standards of food presentation, quality and cleanliness.
• Contribute to menu changes inspired by gallery exhibitions.
• Join a friendly kitchen team led by a strong Head Chef.
• Based at the Art Gallery of NSW with a Monday–Sunday roster.
