The Fresh Collective is hiring a Chef de Partie for The Gallery Café at the Art Gallery of NSW. This full-time role is based at the gallery and reports to the Sous and Head Chef. You will craft cafe dishes, ensure quality and contribute to evolving menus in a dynamic cultural venue.

Competenze

• Experience in fast-paced café, restaurant or events environments.
• Strong grilling and service skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Genuine passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.

• Based at the Art Gallery of NSW.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure efficient food production and quality control.
