Harbourfront Hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a section in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, delivering consistently high-quality dishes across our restaurant, bar, and events offerings.

You will work under the guidance of the Executive and Sous Chefs, ensuring strict adherence to recipes, portion control, and food safety standards while mentoring junior staff and maintaining a professional, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ worth of experience as a CDP in hotels, restaurants, or bistros.

Responsibilities

• Own your section in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen and deliver high-quality dishes across restaurant, bar, and events.
• Follow standard recipes and portion control to ensure consistency across hotel kitchens.
• Prepare and present hot dishes, sauces, pantry items, and function dishes to hotel standards.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and WH&S compliance across work areas.
• Monitor, requisition, and protect food products and kitchen equipment per hotel policies.
• Attend meetings and perform duties as directed by Executive/Sous Chef.
