AVANI Cypress Lakes Resort in Australia seeks a skilled Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team on a full-time basis. You will ensure high-quality meals, maintain hygiene, and support menu development with the Head Chef.

The role requires a Certificate III in Cookery, hotel/restaurant experience, and flexibility to cover rosters across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Rotating shifts and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Cookery qualification.
• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and cooking meals to the highest standard, following recipes and maintaining consistency.

• Assist with back-of-house rosters and stock control.
