AVANI Cypress Lakes Resort and AVANI WELL in Australia are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis. You will support high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene, and work across service periods with the Head Chef.

Formación

• Certificate III in Cookery required.
• Previous hotel/restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cooking procedures and methods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude and passion for cooking.
• Flexibility to work across all service periods as per roster.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparing and cooking meals to a high standard, following recipes and ensuring consistency.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Plating and presenting dishes to brand standards.
• Assist in preparing back-of-house rosters.
• Oversee stock control and safe storage of food and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen areas and equipment.
• Contribute to development of new menu items with Head Chef.
