Job summary

Coogee Bay Hotel in Sydney is seeking a proactive Chef de Partie to join our coastal kitchen team. You will supervise kitchen operations, oversee production and quality, and lead staff training in a fast-paced venue with high-volume service.

You'll coordinate cleanliness, manage stock control, and report daily production while delivering clear communication across teams. The role requires a passion for hospitality and a drive to develop your culinary leadership.

Qualifications

• Two years in a similar role.
• Experience in a multifaceted high-volume venue.
• Supervising procedures and standards within a kitchen environment.
• Passion for hospitality and food.
• Creative, capable of leading and motivating a team.
• Keen on training and developing employees.
• Willing to work seven-day rotating roster.
