Qualifications

• Recognised culinary qualification from an accredited institution.
• Experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of foods safety and hygiene requirements.
• Excellent culinary and food preparation skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a professional kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes within the designated kitchen section.
• Assist with menu development using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
• Supervise, train and support junior kitchen staff.
• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment.
• Ensure compliance with foodsafety, hygiene and workplace standards.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies when required.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain consistency, presentation and food quality.
• Contribute to kitchen meetings and discussions regarding menu changes, special events and operational improvements.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
