Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar chef role.
• Fast-paced commercial kitchen experience.
• Strong fryer and grill cooking experience.
• Knowledge of Excel and online ordering platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with menu standards.
• Operate fryer and grill stations efficiently during busy service periods.
• Maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times.
• Assist with stock control and kitchen inventory management.
• Place and manage orders using online ordering systems when required.
• Support the training and development of junior kitchen staff.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
• Contribute positively to the overall performance of the kitchen.
