Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher).
• Able to read, write and do basic maths.
• Ability to lift up to 23 kg and handle bending and kneeling.
• Fluent in the local language and compliant with food handling laws.
• Great communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals that are visually appealing.
• Take ownership of workstation: manage supplies, equipment and waste.
• Maintain cleanliness to meet hygiene standards.
• Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties.
• Be a flexible, collaborative team member.
