Job summary

Redstone Recruitment is seeking a Cook for a not-for-profit aged care setting on the Sunshine Coast. You will prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents, following established menus to maintain consistency and quality.

This role offers stable shifts with no weekend work, training provided and a supportive team environment focused on resident wellbeing.

You will work with a Kitchen Hand to ensure smooth daily operations and adhere to HACCP and food safety standards in a homely setting.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience in aged care or catering.
• Food Handling/Food Safety Certificate.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety practices.
• Reliable, organized and able to work in a small team.
• Caring approach and commitment to quality meals in aged care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents.
