Job summary

Sodexo is hiring Chefs to support sites across Western Australia on a FIFO roster from Perth. You will work across all kitchen sections, bringing creativity to themed nights and events while maintaining top food service standards.

We seek candidates with at least 3 years’ chef experience, a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (IV desirable), and the ability to pass pre-employment medicals and police checks. FIFO experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Certificate III (minimum) or IV (desirable) in Commercial Cookery.
• Strong chef experience (minimum 3 years) required.
• FIFO chef experience highly desirable.
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
• Able to undergo pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol testing, and police check.

Responsibilities

What you bring:

To be successful, you’ll need;

• AustralianCitizenship,orfull Australian working rights
• Able to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testingand police check
• Certificate III (minimum requirement) or IV (desirable) in Commercial Cookery
• Strong Chef experience (minimum 3 years) required
• FIFO Chef experience highly desirable
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Ability to work well under pressure
