Job summary

Sodexo Australia is seeking a Chef to join our kitchen teams on a 14:7 Fly-In-Fly-Out roster, delivering high-quality food across all kitchen sections. You will explore creative flair on themed nights and events while sustaining work-life balance and operational excellence.

Strong Chef experience (minimum 3 years) and FIFO exposure are highly valued, with a minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate as preferred qualifications.

Qualifications

• Certificate III (minimum requirement) in Commercial Cookery.
• Certificate IV (desirable) in Commercial Cookery.
• Strong Chef experience (minimum 3 years) required.
• FIFO Chef experience highly desirable.
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Work across all sections of our kitchens and provide the highest level of food service.
• Collaborate with your team to deliver consistent, high-quality meals on a 14:7 Fly-In-Fly-Out roster.
• Bring creativity to themed nights and events while maintaining food safety and quality.
• Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficiency, consistency and guest satisfaction.
