Cater Care seeks a Brisbane-based Chef to join our team serving mining and remote crews. This permanent full-time role offers a structured 14 days on, 7 days off FIFO roster, with all meals, uniforms, and comfortable accommodation provided on shift.

You will prepare high-volume meals, manage dietary needs, oversee stock, and uphold food safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications include a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery; applicants with high-volume bulk cookery experience

What You Need To Get a Start

• Qualifications: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.


• Experience: High-volume bulk cookery experience is highly regarded, but a positive, fast-learning attitude is just as important.


• Mindset: A motivated, 'can-do' attitude with a first-rate focus on safety and customer service.


• Reliability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work seamlessly within a tight-knit team.


• Clearances: Ability to obtain a current police clearance and pass a pre-employment medical assessment.
