Job summary

BlueCare is seeking a professional Chef for a permanent full-time role at Gympie Aged Care Facility. You will prepare, cook and serve meals adhering to dietary needs and safety standards, while supporting menu design and maintaining quality with SOPs.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery with at least 3 years of experience, strong communication, and a solid understanding of Australian food standards. Relocation assistance and salary packaging are available.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience as a qualified Chef
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of Australian food and beverage standards
• Knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements for aged residents
• Ability to pass probity checks and comply with policies
