InterContinental Hotels Group in Hawkesbury Valley is seeking a passionate Full-Time Chef de Partie to support daily Food & Beverage operations across multiple outlets and events.

Working with the Head Chef, you will lead portions of the kitchen, uphold brand standards, and ensure flawless execution for conferences and social occasions.

Qualifications

• A formal Commercial Cookery Certification.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a hotel or restaurant environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.
• Effective time management skills.
• Superior communication and ability to interpret Event Orders.
• Knowledge of HACCP procedures.
• High standard of personal presentation.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily operations of Food & Beverage including Gazebo Restaurant, Harvest Restaurant, Barracks Bar, In-Room Dining and Conference & Events.
• Partner with the Kitchen and Food & Beverage Team to deliver high-quality, branded experiences across events and conferences.
• Support the Conference & Events operation and ensure consistency with hotel standards.

We are currently seeking a passionate and talented Full- Time Chef de Partie to join our dynamic Kitchen team.

About the Role

Working closely with our Head Chef, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our Food & Beverage Operation including Gazebo Restaurant, Harvest Restaurant, Barracks Bar, In-Room Dinning and Conference & Events.

This role will have a primary focus in the hotel's extensive Conference & Events operation and will partner with the Kitchen and Food & Beverage Team to deliver a unique, branded and high quality experience across a wide variety of events, conferences and social occasions.
