Job summary

Shepparton Golf Club is seeking an experienced Chef to join our culinary team on a part-time basis. This role offers a flexible schedule in a welcoming hospitality environment based in Shepparton, VIC 3630, delivering high-quality dining experiences for members and guests.

You will prepare and cook dishes to established standards, manage mise en place and inventory, and ensure food safety and cleanliness while collaborating with the kitchen team to handle busy shifts and maintain club standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Chef in hospitality or food service.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary principles.
• Current or obtained Food Safety Supervisor or equivalent certification.
• Excellent organisational skills under pressure and high cleanliness standards.
• Good communication and teamwork with kitchen and service staff.
• Flexibility with working hours, including potential weekends/evenings.
• Experience in club or restaurant environments is desirable.
• Passion for delivering quality food and exceptional dining experiences.
