Job summary

Aware Super in Australia is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the delivery and adoption of strategic, regulatory, technology, process and operating model change across our Member Growth and Member Engagement, Education and Advice portfolios. Hybrid role in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, business teams and delivery squads to identify people impacts, assess readiness and develop practical change strategies, delivering positive outcomes for

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering change, including leading small projects or streams within larger projects.
• Experience delivering change management activities across projects, programs or complex initiatives.
• Successfully implemented strategic change initiatives and drove adoption.
• Strong knowledge of change management principles, frameworks and tools.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and developing readiness plans.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to tailor messages.
• Experience designing and facilitating workshops and training.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive change management strategies aligned with objectives and timelines.
• Conduct change impact assessments for initiatives and identify affected stakeholders.
• Design and facilitate workshops and training to prepare employees for changes.
• Assess business readiness and develop plans to support a successful transition.
• Coach leaders to communicate, lead and embed change within their teams.
• Implement adoption strategies and monitor engagement post-implementation.
• Support risk awareness, accountability and compliance throughout delivery.
