Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking a mid-level Change Manager to support a major intranet and digital workplace uplift within a complex public sector environment in Brisbane. You will lead change impact and readiness activities and drive adoption through communications, stakeholder engagement and training support.

You will work with business and delivery teams to embed new systems and ways of working through go-live and transition to BAU.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering organisational change across digital, systems or process changes.
• Strong capability in change impact assessment, readiness planning, and identifying risks/issues with pragmatic mitigation.
• Proven delivery of stakeholder engagement and communication activities.
• Experience developing and coordinating training plans, learning materials and workshop logistics.
• Ability to manage change risks, issues, dependencies and adoption feedback.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to produce clear artefacts and leadership updates.
• Ability to work independently in a project environment with initiative and attention to detail.
• Change frameworks experience (e.g., Prosci/MSP); certification is highly regarded.

About the role
