Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking an experienced Change Analyst to support the implementation, adoption and embedding of digital and technology changes for a utility client in Brisbane (Newstead). The initial engagement runs until July 2027 with possible extensions, and the role offers a competitive daily rate and 2 days of work-from-home per week.

You will translate complex technical change into clear business actions, coordinate communications and deployment activity, and partner with Change & Learning,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Change Analyst / change management role on technology or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting data, reporting or analytics transformations (Power BI and/or modern data platforms).
• Ability to develop and deliver impact assessments, deployment support and readiness activities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement: influencing, coaching and facilitating conversations to drive adoption.
• Translate complexity into clear, practical business actions (including root cause analysis and problem scoping).
• Experience creating visual change artefacts (e.g., change heatmaps, impact models).
• High-level written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Agile delivery experience highly regarded.

About the role
Seeking an experiencedChange Analystto support the implementation, adoption and embedding of ongoing digital and technology changes for a utility client. This role will work closely with Change & Learning, project delivery teams and business stakeholders to identify impacts early, build business readiness, and help ensure changes are successfully adopted and sustained post go-live. This role suits someone who can translate technical change into clear business impact, coordinate communications and deployment activity, and support a consistent, repeatable change approach in a fast-moving delivery environment.

Required skills

• Proven experience in aChange Analyst / change management / business readiness role on technology or digital transformation initiatives


• Experience supporting data, reporting or analytics transformations(e.g., Power BI and/or modern data platforms)


• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver impact assessments, deployment support and readiness activities


• Strong capability in stakeholder engagement: influencing, coaching and facilitating conversations to drive adoption
