Sharp & Carter is seeking a hands-on Change Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise transformation in Brisbane. You will work with delivery teams to translate technology change into practical outcomes for affected business areas and people.

You'll collaborate with Change Manager and project teams across multiple initiatives, creating engaging communications, supporting stakeholder updates, and coordinating change activities through to project milestones.

• Experience in a Change Analyst or similar role supporting organisational or technology change.
• Exposure to technology implementations, system upgrades, migrations or digital transformation.
• Strong written communication and ability to tailor messaging for audiences.

An opportunity exists for a hands-on Change Analyst to join a large-scale enterprise transformation program, supporting the implementation of new technology, business processes and organisational capabilities. Working within a collaborative delivery team, you will help ensure technology initiatives are successfully introduced into the business, with a strong focus on understanding change impacts, preparing stakeholders and developing clear, engaging communications.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Change Analyst who enjoys working close to delivery teams and translating technology change into practical outcomes for the people and business areas affected.

The opportunity:

You will work across multiple initiatives within a broader enterprise transformation program, partnering closely with an established Change Manager and project delivery teams. With several technology initiatives progressing into active delivery and additional projects commencing in the new year, this role will provide exposure to a varied pipeline of work and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful organisational change.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting change impact assessments to identify how new technologies, processes and capabilities will affect business areas and end users.


• Developing clear and engaging change communications, stakeholder updates and supporting materials.


• Assisting with the preparation and delivery of change activities across multiple concurrent projects.


• Supporting stakeholder engagement and helping business areas understand upcoming changes and their implications.


• Creating project-specific branding and communication materials that align with organisational standards and the broader program narrative.


• Working closely with the Change Manager, Project Managers and technical delivery teams to coordinate change activities and maintain alignment.


• Helping communicate project progress, key milestones and delivery achievements across the program.


• Contributing ideas to improve change processes, ways of working and the effectiveness of change delivery.

About you:

You are a proactive and adaptable Change Analyst who enjoys working in a delivery-focused environment and can turn complex information into practical, accessible communications.

You will ideally bring:

• Experience in a Change Analyst, Change Coordinator, Change Support or similar role supporting organisational or technology change.


• Exposure to technology implementations, system upgrades, migrations, digital transformation or process improvement initiatives.


• Experience supporting change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement and change communications.


• Strong written communication skills and the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.


• The ability to manage competing priorities and contribute across multiple projects.


• A collaborative approach, with the confidence to share ideas while working constructively within an established change function.


• Strong attention to detail and a practical, hands-on approach to getting things done.

Experience working on cyber security programs would be advantageous, but it is not essential. Candidates with broader technology implementation or business transformation experience are encouraged to apply.

Experience creating visual communication materials using tools such as Canva would also be beneficial, although this can be learned on the job.

• Brisbane CBD location with approximately 50% work-from-home flexibility.
