About You:

Experience working in change or transformation projects within large organisations
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Working knowledge of change methodologies (e.g., PROSCI/ADKAR, PCI)
Exposure to utilities, mining, or regulated industries is highly desirable

We are seeking two Change Analysts to join a dynamic team within a large, complex enterprise environment. These roles will work closely with Change Leads to support a wide range of internal transformation initiatives, focusing on stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, communications, and change delivery.

You'll contribute to shaping and implementing tailored interventions to help teams effectively transition through change. This is a great opportunity for professionals who enjoy working across multiple initiatives and engaging with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct change impact assessments to evaluate how proposed changes affect people, processes, and systems
Assist with stakeholder mapping, engagement planning, and coordination
Support development and execution of change and communication plans
Collaborate with communications and training teams to create materials and sessions
Capture feedback, report on change readiness, and identify opportunities for improvement
