We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation for a mid-to-large enterprise based in Adelaide. This digital transformation initiative will streamline customer relationship management, optimize field service delivery, and strengthen financial operations through the deployment of Customer Engagement (CE), Field Service (FS), and Finance & Operations (FinOps) modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 across CE, FS, and FinOps.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource forecasts.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including client staff, system integrators, and vendors.
Engage with executive sponsors and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Establish strong governance and change management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Oversee UAT, training, cutover planning, and go-live execution.
Report regularly on project progress, risks, and key milestones.
Proven experience delivering large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations. Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, Dynamics architecture, and integrations.
Expertise in managing interdependencies between CE, FS, and FinOps modules.
Ability to manage remote teams and vendors while maintaining high engagement levels.
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to tailor approaches as needed.
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Azure DevOps, and Jira.
Track record of managing budgets over $1M+ and multi-phase delivery programs.

Desirable Qualifications:

PMP/PRINCE2 accreditation
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification
Previous experience in general or motor insurance (desirable)
