Job summary

The Coles Group is seeking a CFC Continuous Improvement Lead to identify and deliver opportunities across automated eCommerce fulfilment operations. You will use Power BI to generate actionable insights, optimise processes, and support automation adoption, robotics, and AI initiatives.

You will lead initiatives end-to-end from analysis and design to project planning and implementation, ensuring measurable benefits are embedded in day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering data-driven continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with Power BI and data modelling.
• Experience enabling technology-driven improvements (automation, robotics, AI).
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and scalable changes.
• Project and change management capabilities from planning to benefits tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
