Job summary

Coles Group is seeking a CFC Operations Continuous Improvement Lead in Hawthorn East. You will identify improvements across automated eCommerce fulfilment, using Power BI to generate actionable insights and guide process optimisations, while leading end-to-end initiatives from design to implementation.

You will drive adoption of automation, robotics and emerging AI capabilities, embedding new ways of working and delivering measurable benefits across our CFC operations.

Qualifications

• Data-driven CI experience in fulfilment or retail.
• Strong analytical skills with Power BI.
• Experience delivering tech-enabled improvements.
• Practical knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong project and change management capabilities.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver improvement opportunities across automated eCommerce fulfilment.
• Use operational data to create insights and optimise processes.
• Lead initiatives end-to-end from analysis to implementation.
• Embed changes into day-to-day operations.
• Support adoption of automation, robotics and emerging AI.
