Job summary

Foundations Learning Academy is hiring a Certificate III Trainee to join our Toddler Room (2–3 years) on a full-time basis. You will work with experienced educators to support children's learning, development and wellbeing while you study for your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

No prior experience is required; a genuine passion for early childhood education and a NSW Working With Children Check is encouraged.

Join Our Team – Certificate III Trainee (Full-Time)

Are you passionate about working with children and looking to start a rewarding career in Early Childhood Education?

Foundations Learning Academy is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and caring Certificate III Trainee to join our dedicated team in our Toddler Room (2–3 Years).

This is a full-time position (38 hours per week), giving you the opportunity to earn while you learn as you complete your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care through an approved Registered Training Organisation. Traineeships combine paid employment with nationally recognised training and on-the-job learning.

About the Role

As a Trainee Educator, you will work alongside experienced educators to:

Support the learning, development and wellbeing of children aged 2–3 years.

Build positive and respectful relationships with children and families.

Assist with implementing engaging play-based learning experiences.

Help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming learning environment.

Learn about the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.

Complete your Certificate III studies while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

About You

We\'re looking for someone who is:

Passionate about working with young children and Child Safety/Child Protection.

Reliable, punctual and committed to learning.

Friendly, positive and enthusiastic.

Able to work collaboratively within a team.

Professional with excellent communication skills.

Willing to obtain (or already hold) a NSW Working With Children Check.
