Cessnock ELC in NSW invites dynamic learners to start their career in Early Childhood Education and Care through a fully funded Cert III Traineeship. The 18-month program combines study with hands-on practical experience and mentoring from a team of educators.

The suitable applicant will complete a Certificate III in Children's Services whilst they gain hands on practical experience and mentoring from the existing team of educators.

You will need a great work ethic and committed to completing the course as well as caring for young children.

The successful candidate must be willing to:

This qualification is fully funded by the employer and you will be provided with regular study time during your roster.

As this is a traineeship position, no other previous experience is necessary however successful applicants will require a Valid NSW Working with Children's Check (WWCC) before commencing employment.
