You will develop and implement a high-quality curriculum, foster positive relationships with families and peers, and embody our Catholic identity in daily practice.

The role offers an above-award hourly rate and generous leave provisions. Required qualifications include a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, ACECQA-approved First Aid, a valid

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care is required.
• Current ACECQA-Approved First Aid Certificate is mandatory.
• Valid Working with Children Check is required.
• GECCKO national child safety training completed.
• Knowledge of NQF and EYLF is essential.

Competitive above award rate: $36 - 38.85/hr incl WRP + super

Centre Size: Brand new 62-place facility with 3 modern learning rooms

This is a newly added role due to increase in occupancy. Full-time Permanent and plenty of space to grow.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing High-Quality Curriculum: Respond to children’s strengths, interests, and needs by developing and implementing an exceptional education and care curriculum.
• Building Positive Relationships: Provide active support to children, families, and your team. Build and maintain professional and positive relationships based on respect, trust, and honesty.
• Supporting Our Identity: Actively support our organisation’s Catholic identity, philosophy, policies, and procedures.

To Be Considered, You Must Have

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Current First Aid Certificate Approved by ACECQA: Includes applying first aid, emergency asthma management, and anaphylaxis.
• Identify & Respond to Children at Risk of Harm Certificate
• Valid Working with Children Check
• Completed the mandatory national child safety training via GECCKO.
• Practical Knowledge: Understanding of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.
