Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA equivalent, or an Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Services.
• Proven leadership experience in an early childhood setting.
• Strong knowledge of National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and regulatory requirements for Queensland childcare.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and leadership skills.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma training.
• Blue Card / Working With Children clearance for QLD.
