This leadership role offers autonomy, support, and opportunities for career progression within a growing organisation, with a salary between $110,000 and $130,000 plus super, and additional government retention payment.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
• Experience leading a team within an early childhood education setting.
• Centre Manager experience or extensive Assistant Manager experience ready to progress.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and EYLF.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Genuine passion for mentoring educators and achieving positive outcomes for children.

About You

You will bring:
