Astute Early Years Specialists – Maroochydore QLD is seeking a Centre Manager to lead a passionate team and drive high-quality early years practice. You will oversee daily operations, enrolments, budgets, and reporting while championing reconciliation and inclusive practices.

You will apply your NQF and EYLF knowledge to ensure compliance, foster strong family connections and community links, and shape a warm, high-performing centre culture.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent qualification), or an Advanced Diploma/Qualification in Early Childhood Services.
• Have proven leadership experience in an early childhood education setting
• Strong knowledge of National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), early childhood curriculum frameworks, child development, and regulatory requirements relevant to Queensland childcare.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and leadership skills — able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Current valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma training
• Required Blue Card / Working With Children clearance for QLD
