Job summary

Haben is seeking a Centre Manager for Seven Hills Plaza in New South Wales to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of service, presentation and maintenance.

You will lead a team, manage budgets, implement strategic initiatives to improve property performance, maximise profitability, and build strong relationships with tenants while coordinating repairs and inspections.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a managerial property management role.
• Strong leadership with staff development ability.
• Excellent communication and customer service focus.
• Sound financial skills including budgeting and reporting.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Seven Hills Plaza and Haben House.
• Lead and manage a team with coaching and development.
• Develop and implement marketing/promotional strategies to attract tenants.
• Monitor financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, reporting.
• Build relationships with tenants and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs to keep properties well maintained.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on performance and initiatives.
