Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Retail Property/Centre Management within a busy retail environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Solid financial acumen and experience preparing and analysing financial reports.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, professional approach and commitment to delivering results.
  • Current Certificate of Registration.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the overall performance and building services operations of both centres.
  • Deliver efficient, cost-effective management to maximise operational outcomes.
  • Protect and position the investment performance of the property assets against local competitors.
  • Oversee tenancy and lease management, including compliance and implementation of fixed and CPI reviews in line with lease provisions.
  • Manage policies and procedures aligned with owner objectives, investment strategies, and occupier requirements.
  • Prepare and monitor cash flow budgets, including retail performance analysis and forecasting.
  • Provide regular performance updates and insights to the client.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Centre Manager to join our highly regarded Retail Property Management team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the operations and performance of two thriving neighbourhood shopping centres in Leichhardt, conveniently located opposite each other.

Supported by an Administration Manager and Facilities Manager, you will drive exceptional retailer engagement, customer experience, asset performance, and operational excellence across both centres.

What you’ll do;
