Job summary

CBRE Melbourne is seeking a seasoned Centre Manager to oversee a portfolio of neighbourhood shopping centres around Melbourne. You will be supported by our retail team in a flexible, rewarding role.

In this position you will manage day-to-day operations, safeguard investment performance, oversee tenancy and lease management, and lead budgeting and performance forecasting for the client.

• Proven experience in Property Management within a retail environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A dynamic and adaptable approach to change.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
