Job summary

Journey Early Learning Fernvale invites an experienced Centre Manager to lead a dedicated team. You’ll drive high-quality education, oversee operations and budgets, and foster a safe, welcoming environment for children, families and educators.

You’ll guide improvements aligned with EYLF and NQS, support assessments, build strong stakeholder relationships, and develop staff capability within a collaborative leadership network.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Early Childhood teams and ensuring quality.
• Strong knowledge of NQF, NQS and EYLF.
• Excellent communication with families, staff and regulators.
• Ability to develop and implement Quality Improvement Plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop centre team.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, budgets and occupancy.
• Drive high-quality educational programs aligned with EYLF.
• Prepare for Assessment and Rating and support QIP outcomes.
• Ensure NQF compliance and child safety requirements.
• Build strong relationships with families and the local community.
