Job summary

Journey Early Learning Fernvale is seeking a capable Centre Manager to lead daily operations, ensure high-quality early learning and oversee staffing and budgets. You will coach educators, shape the centre's culture and deliver compliant, engaging programs.

You will partner with Journey's support teams and lead continuous improvement while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for children and families. A Diploma or Bachelor in ECEC is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an Early Childhood team.
• Knowledge of NQF, NQS and EYLF.
• Experience with Assessment & Rating and QIP processes.
• Commitment to child safety and high-quality learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Early Childhood professionals.
• Oversee centre operations, staffing, budgets and occupancy.
• Drive high-quality educational programs aligned with EYLF.
• Ensure compliance with NQF, regulations and child safety requirements.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and the local community.
