  • Supporting high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Driving continuous improvement against the National Quality Standard (NQS)

Why Join Journey?

At Journey, our Employee Value Proposition is built around four pillars that shape how we support our people and leaders.

Continue developing your leadership capability through Journey Academy, professional learning and career progression opportunities. We want our leaders to feel confident in their roles and supported to achieve their goals.

Bring your passion for Early Childhood Education and create opportunities for your team to grow. You’ll help shape educational practice, strengthen relationships with families and create an environment where children can learn, explore and thrive.

About You

You're a confident, people-focused leader who understands how to balance educational quality, operational performance and team wellbeing.

You’ll bring:

  • Previous experience as a Centre Manager or in a senior Early Childhood leadership role
  • A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
