Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in Early Childhood Education & Care (ECEC).
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and development of the centre team.
• Establish strong relationships with families and the local community.
• Drive occupancy growth and maintain a safe, inclusive environment.
• Shape culture, vision and the successor performance of the new centre.
