Job summary

Earlyhood Executive Recruitment is partnering with a brand-new early childhood organisation expanding across Newcastle. As Centre Director, you will lead day-to-day operations at a brand-new centre and drive exceptional early learning experiences from day one.

You will mentor a high-performing team, ensure compliance with NQF/EYLF, and build strong relationships with families and the local community while shaping a positive workplace culture and recruitment strategy for multiple new centres.
