Job summary

Kids at West End is seeking Centre Manager, ECT and Educators to join our Long Day Care in West End, Brisbane. Permanent part-time roles available with immediate start.

You will lead rooms, plan high-quality programs, mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance and build strong relationships with families and the centre community. We value child-led learning, teamwork and a supportive culture where educators feel empowered and appreciated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or working towards.
• Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood or working towards.
• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA - approved equivalent).
• Certificate 3 Early Childhood Education.
• Currently working towards Diploma.

• Lead and inspire room team with confidence and creativity.
• Plan and implement high-quality, intentional programs.
• Support and mentor other educators in best practice.

We're Hiring at Kids at West End: Centre Manager, ECT, Diploma-Qualified Lead Educators and Certificate 3 qualified Educators in Long Day Care.

Location: West End, Brisbane

Position: Permanent Part time - Centre Manager, ECT, Lead Educator and Educators. Various roles available with an immediate start available.

Are you a passionate and experienced Early Childhood professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Diploma-qualified Lead Educators and Certificate 3 Educators to join our warm and supportive Long Day Care Services

What you will bring:

• Bachelor Early Childhood Education or working towards
• Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood or working towards
• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA - approved equivalent)
• Certificate 3 Early Childhood Education.
• Currently working towards Diploma.
• Experience in a Lead Educator or senior educator role within long day care
• Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS and National Regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A nurturing, positive, and professional approach to early education
• Commitment to building relationships with children, families and team members
• Valid work visa or Australian residency status acceptable
• Current Working with Children Check must be held before commencement
