Apollo Villages is launching a brand-new, 125-place early learning centre in Redcliffe and seeks a seasoned Centre Manager to lead the opening. You will oversee safety, regulatory compliance, and quality practice while driving community relationships and continuous improvement to meet National Quality Standards.
Apollo Villages is a dynamic new childcare brand launching in Brisbane's northern suburbs. Our mission is to deliver high-quality care and enriching learning experiences for children and families across our centres, with children's safety at the heart of everything we do.
As a proud family-owned and operated group, our values are built on community connection and a genuine dedication to nurturing the next generation. We see early childhood as a time to be cherished and are committed to giving every child the best possible start in life, from their earliest milestones as babies through to the important school-readiness journey in preschool. Our programs are carefully designed to support every stage of development, emotional, social, and cognitive.
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Centre Manager to lead our brand-new, purpose-built 125-place service in Redcliffe, opening this year, with a strong focus on ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children.
This is a rare and rewarding opportunity to shape a new service from the ground up. As Centre Manager, you'll have the unique chance to build your own team of passionate Educators and lead them in creating a safe, engaging, and inspiring learning environment for children. You'll be supported by our Head Office Team so you can focus on what truly matters, the safety and wellbeing of children in your care, the wellbeing of your team, the daily operations, and the success of every child in your care.
Children's safety, wellbeing, and voices are our highest priority. Apollo Villages has zero tolerance for abuse or neglect and responds promptly to all concerns in line with legal and regulatory requirements. We are committed to a culturally safe, inclusive environment that respects and values Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures. Our practices actively support and strengthen cultural safety for children, families, and communities. All team members are responsible for upholding child safety and contributing to a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment.
Our organisation is committed to providing a child safe environment. We promote the safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of all children. Everyone within our organisation has a responsibility to ensure children are safe, supported, and protected from harm.
