Job summary

Longreach Recruitment | experts in property, construction, real estate and design is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead a busy NOR shopping centre in Perth's northern suburbs. You will oversee day-to-day operations, retailer relationships, and the financial performance of the asset.

The role offers hands-on leadership, oversight of facilities and compliance, and collaboration with asset management, leasing and marketing teams to drive performance and capital works.

Qualifications

• Previous centre management experience in a busy retail/shopping centre.
• Strong retailer relationships and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound understanding of retail operations, facilities, OH&S and compliance.
• Strong financial and budget management capability.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

About You

• Strong retailer relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Sound understanding of retail operations, facilities, compliance and OH&S
• Strong financial and budget management capability
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills
• A proactive, hands‑on approach and genuine focus on customer and retailer experience
